Brooklyn Bridge Park spreads over 85 acres of the East River waterfront in the Brooklyn Heights and Dumbo neighborhoods of Brooklyn.

The park is divided into eleven sections and all the sections are open for the public to visit:

  • Piers 1 through 6
  • Fulton Ferry Landing
  • Brooklyn Bridge Plaza
  • Empire Fulton Ferry
  • Main Street
  • John Street

Each of these 11 sections features unique cultural artifacts, topographies, plantings, installations, and, amenities.

Parking and Transportation in Brooklyn Bridge Park

Brooklyn Bridge Park has a very limited parking lot. So, it is highly recommended to take bikes, public transportation, or, walk to the park. Different sections of the park are accessible in different ways. There are thee modes of transportation to reach Brooklyn Bridge Park:

  • The Southern section of the park is served by bus B61 and B63
  • The Northern section of the park is served by bus B24
